1. Give the importance of Exercise Physiology

Exercise physiology is important in learning and comprehending the advantages
of different kinds of workouts.. For example, the fitness sector disagrees over
whether cardiovascular activity has an essential role in body weight loss and
maintenance. Exercise physiology examines this issue by examining different types of
cardiovascular workouts and the long and short-term impacts on the body. Like any
area of science research, responsible exercise physiology is free from personal views
and notions preconceived. It depends on appropriate experiments and scientific
findings.
Exercise physiology is of great importance in other areas, such as hematology,
biochemistry, pathology, and cardiopulmonary research. Indeed, one of those other
specialties is common among exercise physiologists. Exercise physiology is most
useful when the findings of one research can be applied to another to gain a better
understanding. Using the preceding example of cardiovascular exercise and its
function in weight reduction as an example, a long-term research on the body's
ability to adapt to such activity would offer fresh insight on the topic.

2. Differentiate Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology

When it comes to therapy, physiotherapists and exercise physiologists have
similar end goals. The therapeutic road to recovery, on the other hand, will be
different. Both professions have a wide range of practice that might overlap, so it's
understandable if there's some confusion.
Exercise Physiology encompasses the workings and study of exercise as
pertains to the application of exercise to the functioning of the body.
Physiotherapy is application of exercise physiology and medical principals
in the rehabilitation or prevention of injuries.
Exercise Physiology new and growing area of allied health
whereas physiotherapy is a long established profession. At some point in
our lives the majority of us have seen a physiotherapist for treatment,
more than likely lower back pain. So how does and an Exercise
Physiologist and Physiotherapist differ. First let’s look at the similarities of
the two professions.

3. Give examples of Exercise Physiology

Cardio or Aerobic Exercise
It can have an effect on your mood Your body releases endorphin, which
are natural pain-relieving chemicals that can give you a sensation of well-being,
immediately after a vigorous 30-minute walk. Knowing that walking improves your
mood means that adding it into your exercise routine over time can assist with
health concerns such as stress, depression, anxiety, and tension.
