International Register of Certificated
Auditors for registration as an IRCA
recognized QMS auditor lead auditor and
provides delegates with an in-depth
knowledge and skills in auditing.

Approved Lead Trainer of Intertek Bangladesh on Five Days Lead Auditor Course under IRCA
Accreditation. 18 Years working experience in various Industrial sectors, especially in Maintenance,
Commissioning, Trouble Shooting of Electrical Sub-station, Generator, Utility Machinery, Control & Power
Circuits etc. Conducted 25 Man Days IRCA accredited QMS LA courses, more than 50 Training Session on
Electrical & Fire Safety, more than 25 internal auditor training session on QMS, EMS & OHSAS. As an
International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) Principle QMS Auditor, Tamal has an extensive
auditing background (Conducted more than 200 Electrical & Fire Safety Audits, 200 Man Days QMS
audits, 250 social compliance audits & 2 energy audits in different industrial fields). From July 2013,
Tamal Kumar Saha provided technical leadership to Intertek Bangladesh and was responsible for overseeing the
Manager organization’s auditor training course criteria and exams as well as QMS, EMS and OHSMS transition
Business Assurance policy for nearly 100 auditor members. Tamal is passionate about the audit profession and has lectured
Intertek Bangladesh extensively on the subject. In addition to being an IRCA Principle QMS auditor and tutor, Tamal has also
extensive knowledge on Environment, Health & Safety and Energy Auditing Sector. Hold an Honours
Degree in Electrical & Electronics from KUET and Masters in Business Administration. Extensive
knowledge in building code and other related codes, ordinances, laws and manuals governing electrical
work, safe & proper method of electrical wiring, legal procedures involved in the enforcement of electrical
codes and ordinances; precautionary, safety & fire prevention methods involved in electrical work. 13
years working experience in Quality Control, Testing, Design, Quality Management System, Auditing and
Product Certification on low and high voltage electrical products.
