A PAWful day ma'am/sir!

It has come to my attention that your sister has decided to cancel her
upcoming stay due to personal circumstances. I'm sorry to hear that
now isn't the best time. Fortunately, the hotel management is still
accepting booking cancellations with a refund of up to 75% depending
on the package selected. In addition, the airline company ticket is
nonrefundable. However, you can rebook a flight of your chosen date
within a month. I am glad that you reach for help. We should not lose
power, we should be PAWful!
