Good morning.
Any businesses should build a valuable reason for keeping the employee. Bearing the fact
that they should provide a good impression and denotes the work done by a mere
employee. Observing the world today everything must be done by fists and must be
observe manly. Protecting the life of individual who devotes their precious life for the
company’s sake. As far as we can go employees are the reasons why a certain company
works and lasts. Without them a company will no longer be said as a company itself.
Every employee expects a high salary and that is mostly the reason why they are
the other parties lure an important employee of yours. Consider on how they value
the life of an employee and provides a valid reason for that employee choose the
other side.
Every employee wants their works to be recognized and much appreciated. These
could boost their self esteem to do the work more without force. If not, these could

As far as I know there are a lot of cautious problem why such employee refuses to stay in
the company. I’ve been an employee for almost 5 years and I experienced a lot of
difficulties. Some of the employer mostly give a task that is not easy to handle. There are
times that the works is from that employee and the awards was given to others, which in
higher position than us. We cannot disguise this fact. It is mostly played in the company.
If those traits will not be stop, these can create a big loss in your company. Imagine if all
the employee is aiming of having a high salary, if your company is just ignoring this
problem then you might lose someone that your company might not want to lose.
If you happen to imagine a strong film you should consider on knowing your employee’s.
Whether they are new or not you should know their financial needs and assistance. Being
fair can also help the problem in regards of keeping your valuable employees. Your
company should not only focus on one’s strength but in a whole. You should let any
employee to stand and show their preferences and stuff. Take time on having a deep talk
to them and guide them always. Your company should let any employee to be at ease
without imagining on having a high salary and etc. You should always give a task that
