A SURVEY QUESTIONNAIRE

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE TEACHING METHODS ON STUDENTS’


SCHOLASTIC PERFORMANCE

DIRECTION: The sole purpose of this questionnaire is to assess the teaching performance

based on the rating to be given by students. This research is conducted by the students of

Zamboanga del Sur National High School – SHS. The following propositions are gridded with

four rating level, each number constitutes an adjectival value: 4—highly sufficient; 3—sufficient;

2—poor; 1—highly deficient.

students’ understanding.
4. Teachers spare room for student-friendly
treatment.
