Grievance Details : Respected Sir, I had purchased a bus ticket online from Red Bus of
Last Login Time : 2021-06-30 09:31:11
MSRTC Bus to travel from KOPARGAON to JALGAON. On ticket the AS
departure timing of bus was given 06:30 Hrs. on 23/06/2021. I
reached on the Bus Station sharp at 06:00 hrs on 23/06/2021, and
started waiting for bus. I waited for bus up to 06:45 Hrs. When I
found that bus is not coming I visited to Bus Station's Enquiry
Counter. I asked them about bus and showed my ticket. They told me
that bus has already left at 05:45 hrs and also told me that they do
not accept any red bus tickets. Because of this I was not able to
reach my destination in time and got mental harassment. I request
you to direct red bus to refund me my amount with compensation
for harassment. Copy of Ticket is attached
Thanking You
