 Summary
This report aims to provide the basic insights regarding expenditures employed on our FYP

project (IoT Based Smart Parking System). In this regard, followings are the details of all the

equipment and materials which have been imported from domestic and international suppliers by the

reference of local vendors. As per requirements, we are directed to submit the expenditure report for

the actual cost of the project. The details of the project were already shared in the form, submitted

before with the estimated cost. Here, the estimated cost is also given below in the report for

comparison. Which is Rs. 57,254.

For the actual cost, the expenditure report along with verified original bills are of equipment

items is presented. Although our defined actual cost meets to the estimated cost (given in application

form).
