Some people think that there should be some strict controls

about noise. Others think that they could just make as much
noise as they want.
Discuss both views and give your opinion.

It is argued by some that humans should have tight restrictions on noise control,
while others maintain that everybody should be absolved of noise as they please.
From my perspective, I agree that noise should be put out of control.

There is some sense within the argument for the proper form noise. There are
many activities essential to our lives that, unfortunately, necessarily end in loud
noises. This might be explained by producing noise is typically considered a kind
of recreational activity. As an example, singing or cheering for a football club are
often relaxing, and everybody has the right to try and do those things. Secondly,
these days, there are various varieties of equipment that might block noise like
soundproofing doors, windows and foam panels. These give people the liberty to
roister without disturbing others. However, they're not always applied everywhere,
thus, uproar could still be made and annoy surrounding people.

However, it's also important to keep the noise we create in check. First of all,
constant loud noises can inflict serious harm on our health. For instance, living in
a place that's too noisy can cause problems like headaches, high force per unit
area, and cardiovascular disease which might decrease the health levels of
individuals, especially old ones. Moreover, loud noises are often highly
disruptive.Take my Math class as an example. Our class is found near a house
which always sings karaoke loudly in our studying time. As a result, a number of
the scholars are distracted, they can't pay full attention to the teachings and
particularly, the listening sections. Furthermore, it's so impolite and ill-mannered
to influence people’s work.

In conclusion, while many folks believe there should be controls about noise, I
feel we've the right to form noise once we want to.
