    Reg: Release of Salary Increment w.e.f 04.11.2019 on account of completion of JAIIB

    I have joined in our Bank on 04.11.2019 as Manager (Credit) and my first posting is with our LCB,
    Chennai. I have already submitted my JAIIB certificate dt:07.01.2016 during the time of my joining.
    But, my salary increment (1 slab increment in Basic Pay) was not released from my joining. So, I have
    submitted the request for increment earlier and our circle office, Chennai has released the JAIIB
    increment from Apr’21 only. Since, the increment is to be given w.e.f Nov’19, I have manually
    calculated the arrear amount which is payable to me (ie., from Nov’19 to Mar’21) and the same is
    attached with this letter. So, I request you to kindly offer your recommendation and forward my
    request to Circle office, Chennai for consideration.
