Compensation and Benefits:

Your CTC would be 2,80,000 (per annum). Your base pay during the probation
period would be INR (1,08,000 per annum), and based on your year-end
performance, you will receive a bonus of up to INR 22,000 (per annum). In
addition, you will be eligible for a Performance-based Incentive up to INR
