- Salary: Your base salary will be Rs. 12,000 per month + Rs. 4,000 additional for achieving a basic
target , with the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on performance.

Please note that the incentive structure is tied to achieving specified targets, and failure to meet
these targets may result in adjustments to your salary.

- Work Schedule: You will be expected to work 26 days a month. One paid leave will be approved,
and one half-day leave will be applicable from our side. If you need to take additional leave, please
notify HR in advance. Any additional leave taken without prior approval may result in deductions
from your salary.

- Targets: This is a target-based role where you are expected to open a minimum of 8 demat accounts
and ensure a total fund deposit of ₹160,000 in these accounts. Failure to meet these targets may
result in deductions from your salary.

- Benefits: In addition to your salary and performance-based incentives, some cash incentive will be
rewarded from company side.

Salary Payment upon Leaving: If you decide to leave our company, your final salary payment will be
credited to you after 45 days from your date of leaving.
