Your remuneration will be as discussed and agreed. Your Monthly Gross salary is Rs:-11,400/- (Eleven
Thousand Four Hunderd Rupees Only) detailed breakup of the remuneration will be reflected in your
appointment letter which will be issued to you after joining and completing of All Documentation in the
Organization. .
Your employment will be governed by the terms stipulated in the “Terms of Employment” and also the NDA, which need to
be duly signed by you at the time of joining.
You are required to report to “SalesPitch Technologies Private Limited” “Adress :- A-406,4th Floor,Tower-
A, Sector-132, Noida, Uttar Pradesh on the Date of Joining (DOJ) .
This offer is made to you in good faith on the basis of the information provided by you during your interview. This offer as
well as the appointment with the organization is subject to verification of your credentials. In case any of your professional
or personal credentials is found to be negative or not in line with the details provided by you, your employment with the
organization will become null and void.
The offer letter entails you to join by the stipulated date. Any extension shall be approved in writing, failing which, the
offer will lapse on the stipulated date.
You will be entitle to work for minimum 180 Days from your joining date after this perioid you will get permenant
emplyement from company as per company terms and you are suggested to be productive at this time to get permenent
employement.

the date of issue of this letter, falling which the offer would stand null & void.

Terms and Conditions
(WFH-Work From Home)
1. Work Timings
Minimum Login Hours of 9 Hours is Compulsory
Day Shift for Domestic Process will beTimings will be from 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m for Voice
Process
Minimum Talktime as per the Process must be delivered on daily basis , else it may can lead to
extention of work according to the process or deduction in wages.
Day Shift for Non-Voice Process timings Will Applicable as per the Process Compatabilibility and
will disclose the time to Each New Joinee before the Joining Formalities
2. Leaves
All Leaves taken prior Aproval from the Supervisor or Manager, will consider as Leave or else
other leaves will consider as UI Leaves (Unintimated Leaves)
3 UI’s in a Month can be treated as a non dicipliniary clause and it may take to termination of
Employements also.
1 Sick Leave will be paid Once in Month after getting Approved from the Supervisor or from
thei respective Managers.
3. Referal and Incentives
All Incentives are subject to release Once Final Verifications of Leads will be Checked .
All Incentives apart From Salary will be Paid as per the performance and post checking the
Acheivements are per the given Slabs.
Incentives Slabs will be start from 70% to 80 % of Achieving the Tergets.
Seniour Associates are Responisble for their respective team Targets.
4. DND Disclaimer
No Promotional Activity needs to be done on any DND Registered number as per the “TRAI UCC
Complaince”
5. Training and Joinings
The Period of Training will be of 15 Days , this 15 days Training Period will be Paid After
Minimum 3 months or Completing the WFH-Job
Post the WFH , You need to Report to the Office Premises or any of the branch Location
Provided by the company , if company called .
All Documents and Information must be correct and accurate at the time of joinings.
