OFFER LETTER

Based on our discussions and the basis of representations made by you in your application /
curriculum vitae / interview, we are pleased to offer you an appointment with the company on following
terms and conditions.

1) POSITION / DESIGNATION :-

You are appointed as Business Development Manager , Patna . However, the company may
utilize your abilities in any field / function in the best interest of the company or in any of the
brands / firms/ associated with M F INDIA.

2) COMMENCEMENT OF EMPLOYMEMT :-

Your employment will be effective from 08.06.2020

3) REMUNERATION , BENEFITS AND PERKS :-

Your Gross monthly package including monthly emolument, reimbursement &other benefits
work out to Rs.15,000/- the breakup of which has been attached as Annexure “A “to this letter
of Appointment. The above cost would be borne by the Company.

4) TARGET AND INCENTIVES:

Target

You need to report directly to the MF/VP/AVP/GM for your daily progress in terms of sales targets
and achievements. Your responsibility is to look after the entire area allocated. We need the following
on a daily basis:

Your target has been distributed in TWO categories in India, and they are as follows:

1. To Visit 10 Nos Doctor or Hospital on Daily Basis.


OR

2. To Bring Business of 3.5 Lakh on Weekly Basis from Hospital, Doctors and Nursing
Homes.

i) Daily Progress Report: Conclusion and summary of the Daily Sales Report.
ii) Daily Visit Report: Name of the Concerned Person Met, Contact Details, Time of Visit, Date of
Visit, Area, and Name of the Organization.

The above is the target given to you, however in order to achieve your basic survival, i.e., in order
to be entitled to the salary mentioned for you, you need to at least 50%achieve of the target
mentioned for above.

Above 50% of the target that you achieve, you would be entitled to an incentive @2%-3.

If you are unable to generate business at all during a month, then your salary would be carried
forward till such time that you generate a minimum business of at least 5 lacs INR. However, the
Company will still reimburse your TA on actual basis.

1. IMMEDIATE POSTING AND FUTURE TRANSFERS:-

At present we are posting you at PATNA, in our Company, M/S. M F INDIA. It is understood and agreed

upon that your services, based on job/business requirements, are liable to be transferred to any of our

other offices/units/branches, whether at present or in the future, in India or abroad at our sole

discretion.

2. PROBATION :-

You will be on a probation period of six months from the date of joining, which may be extended up to

another period of six months at the sole discretion of the company. Your case may be considered for

confirmation as a regular employee after satisfactory completion of your probationary period. You

would be deemed to be on probation till such time you are intimated in writing about your confirmation

of the services.

3. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:-

You will be governed by various rules and regulations / services conditions framed by the company from

time to time. Existing General Rules & Regulations forming integral part of this offer of appointment is

enclosed as Annexure “B”.

4. DOCUMENTS ON JOINING:-

You shall submit the attested copies of certificates showing your age/ date of birth, academic and

professional qualification & 3 recent passport size photographs, for record.

5. AGE OF RETIREMENT:-

The age of retirement will be 60 (Sixty) years and the actual date of retirement shall be the last

working day of the calendar month in which your 60th birthday falls.

6. TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT / SERVICE :-

During the initial or extended period of probation, the services may be terminated at any time and

without assigning any reason by either side giving to the other one month’s notice.

Based on your representations, the company expects and you are obligated to perform and serve the

company to the best of your competence, abilities, integrity, laying best standards of morality and

discipline. You shall ensure that the Company’s image is always well protected and promoted in all your

dealings with the world at large.

the offer advising the date you shall report for duties.
