Compensation Structure:
Your annual salary for this position will be INR 2,28,000 /- payable on a monthly basis.

Location:
Your location for employment is KOLKATA.

Termination and Performance:

Please note that your employment with Perisolve Solutions Pvt Ltd is at-will. This means the company can terminate the
employment relationship at anytime, with or without notice. Additionally:
- If your performance is unsatisfactory fora continuous period of 10 days, the company reserves the right to terminate your
employment without any payment.
- You are required to serve a notice period of one month if you decide to leave the company.

Final Settlement:
Upon resignation, the Full and Final settlement will be processed within 45 days of your last working day.

Payment Frequency:
The company has the discretion to make commission/incentive payments either weekly or monthly.

Professional Conduct:
Employees are expected to maintain a high level of floor decorum and professionalism during working hours.

Harassment Policy:
Perisolve Solutions Pvt Ltd has a zero-tolerance policy for sexual or verbal harassment. Any violation of this policy will result in
immediate termination.

Personal Devices:
Please note that the use of cell phones and storage devices is not allowed during working hours.
