Dear Dheeraj GS,

With reference to your application and subsequent selection process, the management is pleased to
offering you a temporary Internship assignment for 3 months under probationary period as FOS, for
deputation under Rapido Taxi in Bangalore. Please note that the agreement terms contained in this letter
are subject to Company policy.

Your date of joining is effective from 23-Aug-21(dd/mm/yy). Your agreement will be further subject to
your acceptance of internship of Temporary Assignment, testimonials and other particulars mentioned by
you in your application at the time of your joining.

The duration of the assignment will be for 3 Months. Under Probationary Role from the date of your
reporting in CANWIN HR SERVICES.

Your Net Take Home Salary is Rs. 18000/- per month (Exclusive of Statutory deductions) and your Fixed
salary is depends on your Individual performance of over and above of 80% in a month. In any of the
criteria, your performance decides your fixed salary will be decreased. Incentives & Fuel allowances as per
management decision.

Either party may terminate this Agreement without cause by giving any notice period during your 3 months
probationary.

During the period of your assignment, you are required to follow the instructions given to you, obey the
rules and regulations, respect your colleagues and will not do any such thing that will elicit any legal or
penal action against you as per the Law of the land.

If the terms of this offer of assignment are acceptable to you, please sign on the copy of the same as token
of your acceptance and report for work on 23-Aug-21(dd/mm/yy).
