Offer Letter

On behalf of Patna Tools Enterprises, I am pleased to offer you the position of Autocad Intern with the
company. This is a 4 months long internship. After your successful completion will provide you the
Certificate of internship.

If you are absent from work/unplanned leave for more than 3 days in continuation, will lead to
disciplinary action, before proceeding on leave you need to ensure that your leaves are approved by the
manager/HR, and inform the reason for such absence in a satisfactory way to your manager/HR.

If in case, you are terminated in between the contract period due to performance/other reasons or you
don't wish to continue this internship due to any reason, you are, therefore, not entitled to receive any
certificate. Please understand that this letter does not constitute a contract of employment for any
specific period of time, but will create an "employment at-will" relationship. This means that you or the
company may terminate with or without cause by giving a 5 days notice in advance. Your signature at the
end of this letter confirms that no promises or agreements that are contrary to our at-will relationship
have been committed to you during any of your pre-employment discussions with the company, and that
this letter, along with the Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement, contain our
complete agreement regarding the terms and conditions of your employment.

We look forward to an early acceptance of this offer. This offer will remain open for 2 (two) business days
following your receipt of this letter and are contingent upon your estimated start date of 28th Dec 2023.
