Dear Priyanka Konda, 

Unfortunately,  economic  conditions  in  the  industry  have  resulted  in  withdrawal  of  some  critical 
clients that you have been hired to work with and this letter confirms our discussion today regarding 
your short term dismissal from your employment with Formula Advisory Network Pvt Ltd due to a 
lack of work available in your team at present. This dismissal is effective 27 March 2020. 

You will receive your full salary for March 2020. During this period, we will continue to provide all 
other  benefits  and  entitlements  that  you  are  covered  under  your  employment  contract.  Any 
additional payments like claims, reimbursements, allowances etc., will be included in your final pay 
check which you will receive on your regular payday. You will receive this payment once you have 
signed and returned the enclosed release documents and this letter of intimation. 

We  expect  to  receive  from  you  all  material  related  to  your  work,  like  laptop,  additional  monitor, 
desktop, computer accessories, ID card, etc. We will arrange for someone from the office to come 
and collect the material once we are able to do so. You will need to keep the company informed of 
your  contact  information  so  that  we  are  able  to  reach  out  to  you  in  the  future  for  any  new 
opportunities within our organization or partner firms.  

We want you to know that this dismissal is not a statement about your work for Formula Advisory 
Network Pvt Ltd. You have been a dedicated, contributing employee for the entire duration of your 
employment. If a position becomes available in the team due to improvising economic conditions we 
would like you to reapply for the role. 

Further, if you wish us to speak on your behalf to potential employers, please sign and return this 
letter. It gives us your permission to discuss your employment with potential employers. Please let 
us know if we can assist you during your transition.
