This is further to the discussions we had with you to explore an opportunity for you to be key member of Real

maker. We are pleased to offer you the position of (Sales Executive) in Real Maker.
According to the discussions, it has been agreed that your Annual Package will be Rs1.80 L p.a.(Target: 1
property sale in a month, If the target is not achieved then you will get 30% from the salary. 70% will be
deduct) . (inclusive of all annual/long term benefits). This is subject to the verifications of your present
salary. by Real maker from time to time confirmation.

We have 6 days working with one week off. Working hours-9hours/day.
We follow swipe in / swipe out for attendance apart from the sales tram.

Position and Duties

You shall serve in the position of (Sales Executive) of the company and shall perform at the duties of that
position as described on Exhibit A. Your position job description, salary duties and responsibilities may be modified
from time to time in the sole discretion of the company. You agree to strictly adhere to all of the rules and regulations
of the company as may be set forth in any Employee manual or published policies of the company now in the future
including all amendments to the manual which may be made in the future in the company’s sole discretion (as
published or amended from time to time the “manual”).
