Dear Mohit Kumar,

We are pleased to confirm our offer of employment to you as an SAP BODS Intern with Artmac Soft the
Company, starting May 26th, 2023, as per the details given below.

You will be hired as an SAP BODS Intern

Confidentiality
This is a highly confidential and private document. You are to maintain confidentiality and ensure that the
details of your offer are not shared with anyone outside of the Human Resource Team of Artmac Soft Pvt. Ltd.
Sharing the details of your offer with others would imply a breach of confidentiality and could invite suitable
disciplinary action.

Location
You will be based out of our Hyderabad office. The company may require you to work at other company
locations and on customers' sites, both inside and outside India. The company will seek to give you
reasonable notice of extensive travel requirements and take into account your personal circumstances
where appropriate.

Compensation:

You will be paid 10,000 (ten thousand rupees only) in the training period. After the training period, the following
compensation will be applicable.
Performance Bonus Scheme

You will be eligible to participate in the company's performance bonus as per company policy, provided you
are on the company's rolls at the time of payout. The performance bonus payable shall be prorated to your
completed months of service with the company. Performance Bonus is payable only if you are on the rolls of
the company for at least 6 months during the relevant calendar year. Performance bonus is paid twice
annually (every 6 months).

Salary Payment

The cutoff date for payroll processing is the 15th of every month. Please note that the first salary payment
for those who join after the 15th will be processed in the following month's payroll cycle. The performance
appraisal and salary revision will be subject to Artmac's soft policy.

Salary Revisions

Our performance year is January 1 through December 31 of each year. Based on your performance, your
target annual salary will be reviewed annually and adjusted (merit increase) in January of each year.

Personal Taxes

The payments described above will not be further grossed up for taxes, and you will be responsible for the
payment of all taxes due with respect to such payments, which will be deducted at the source as per the
prevailing rules.
Wherever PAN is not produced, as per Section 206AA, for the purposes of TDS, the higher of the two rates
(rates in force or 20%) will apply to all amounts on which tax is deductible under Chapter XVIIIB of the Act.
Chapter XVIIB commences with Section 192 (deduction of tax from salary payments). Therefore, section
206AA will also apply to section 192 TDS.

Conditions of Hire

Your employment will be subject to the following pre-conditions:

1. You obtain a clear relieving from your present employer (as defined in 3a and 4 below)
2. You fill out the complete Background verification link given along with the welcome mail of the
offer.
3. You submit the following mandatory documents before the date of joining.
a. Resignation acceptance letter from HR of the current company with the Last
Working Day Mentioned. (Relieving letter if available at the joining date is also
acceptable)
b. Relieving letter of the previous company
c. Highest Degree/Provisional Certificate and Final year Mark sheet.
d. Complete IRF (Information Request Form) and BV (Background Verification ) forms.
4. .You shall furnish the relieving letter of your current company within 30 days of joining Artmac Soft.
On the lapse of the period mentioned herein, if you fail to submit the documents to the Artmac Soft
HR team, your employment can be terminated at the sole discretion of Artmac Soft, without providing
you any prior notice.
5. Your employee verification check conducted by Artmac Soft India is cleared.
6. All appointments are based on the information furnished by you in your employment application and all further
declarations and undertakings. Hence, any false statement or information furnished as above will lead to your
dismissal without notice.
7. This offer is valid subject to the unique candidate ID mentioned in the Reference no. of this letter;
matches with the records maintained by Artmac Soft.
Please note that your full name mentioned in this offer letter will be used to create your employee records in
Artmac Soft, and the same will be used for all communication purposes as well. If you need a change in your
name, please contact your recruiter before DOJ and inform him/her about the same. The full name provided
by you should be consistent with valid documents submitted by you, such as an education certificate,
Experience Letter, relieving letter, PAN card, passport, and Marriage Certificate.

You hereby warrant that you are not in breach of any contract with any third party or restricted in any way
in your ability to undertake or perform the duties of your employment.

You also warrant that you will be fully responsible for any personal liabilities that may arise as the result of an
agreement between you and any third party and that the Company will in no way be concerned with such
liabilities. You will at all times maintain your ability to be employed in India, and in the event of any change in
your personal circumstances resulting in a possible alteration to your employability status, you will keep the
employer informed.

During your employment with the company, you will agree to work on any project that you are assigned to,
irrespective of technical platforms/skills and the nature of the project. If necessary, you may also be required
to work in shifts. Failing to do so can lead to termination of employment without notice.

Regardless of any secondment to any other Artmac Soft entities or where you may be required to work
overseas for any such Artmac Soft entities for an extensive period, you shall at all times remain an employee
of the Company exclusively and shall not be entitled to any such foreign salary or benefits (including medical
insurance, green card sponsorship, etc.) payable or applicable to employees of such other Artmac Soft
entities other than the salary and benefits specified in this offer letter or the salary and benefits that may be
have been decided by Artmac Soft and communicated to you.

During the period of this employment, you should not draw, accept, or endorse any check or bill on behalf of
the company or, in any way, pledge the company's credit, except so far as you may have been authorized by
the company to do so, either generally or in any particular case.

Private Information Policy

You are required to observe and uphold all of the company’s privacy policies and procedures, as
implemented or varied from time to time. Collection, storage, access to, and dissemination of employee
personal information will be in accordance with privacy legislation

Intellectual Properties

Employees should return all of the company’s property provided to them during their period of employment with the
company to their supervisor / HOD on the last day of their employment in the company. No employee is allowed to
use the company’s telephone/telefax / electronic mail for his personal use.

Non-Competition

In the event that you leave the company, whether initiated by yourself or the company, you shall not recruit
any employee from the company for a period of 12 months commencing the last day of your employment with
the company.

Governing Law

The terms and conditions as stipulated above shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. In the
event of any dispute, the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts. In addition to
above, you will also be governed by all other instructions/rules/policies of the company, which are not
specifically mentioned in this letter. The same is available on the HR Intranet, and you are expected to go
through it carefully. For clarification, if any, regarding these instructions/rules/policies please get in touch with

Training related Service agreements

During the tenure of your employment, the company may incur training/ certification expenses for you. In
the event you leave our services within a period of 12 months from the date of training/ certification, you will
be required to reimburse the entire training cost, including any travel costs related to the training.
Depending on the expenses involved, you may also be required to sign a service agreement with the
company for a specific period, which will be indicated to you at that time.

Retirement

You will retire on the last day of the month in which you complete sixty years of age.

Notice Period/Termination

This contract of employment between you and the company may be terminated by either party by giving 90
days' notice or grossing 3 months' salary in lieu thereof. However, your release from the services of the
company will be subject to a satisfactory handover of the responsibilities assigned to you.

In the event of willful neglect or breach of any of the terms hereof, refusal on your part to carry out the lawful
instructions of any member of the company, or being guilty of misconduct, the company may terminate your
employment forthwith without notice.
