We cannot see a relation in the first part of the graph, probably because the child
is jumping and we pointed on the furthest point the boy reached. Then the child
stops so velocity remains 0 for a period of time. We can see a continuous negative
speed because even though he stops, he is going in the same direction always.

if we look at the video in slow motion we can see that when the child jumps, there is a little
delay in the next step, this is a reason why the first and the third part are not uniform;
indeed I think that the points are the points in which the boy touches the ground.
Moreover, we could have put even more frames in the plotting, and the graph would have
been more precise, but I still think that it is good enough.
