Ladies and Gentlemen

Magandang Gensan!

Before I begin, I wish to congratulate the out-going SK


Federation President Ms. Jane Calunsag for her time and
effort in the discharge of her duties as President of the
Federation in General Santos City.

Nothing replaces the feeling of contentment in putting


ourselves not in the service for those who make history
but to those who suffer it. My ascension as SK Federation
President of this City has welcomed me with great
opportunities to serve my fellow youth. But these
opportunities comes with great responsibilities and
obligations. I have accepted it as I took my oath of office.
I won’t promise anything but I will serve this office with
honor, with all my heart, my might and with all my
strength.

To quote Ayn Rand, “Throughout the centuries there


were men who took first steps down new roads armed
with nothing but their own vision.” I HAVE A VISION. MY
VISION COUPLED WITH CONTROL AND DETERMINATION IS
FOR BETTER, NOT FOR WORST.

It is not by what we are shall we be judged, but by those


we serve.
