residing in BICOL REGION, was now able to complete the first 3 I’s and are now qualified for ORIENTS under Peñafrancia
Eagles District of the Bicol Eagles Region.

In this connection, may we request our PEIL Executive Director or his representative to conduct the mandatory Orientation
Seminar (a week before the Induction and Chartering).
