Dear Kuya Jing Cadiz:

This is to inform you that the HENERAL SANTOS EAGLES CLUB, METRO GENSAN EAGLES CLUB and
METRO GENSAN LADY EAGLES CLUB, will conduct an INDUCTION for all candidates of each club.

In this connection, we respectfully request your presence as the approving authority of the body for this
momentous event set tentatively on your favorable date and time within this year.

On the above mention thereof, may I also request our PEIL Executive Director or his representative to conduct
the mandatory orients in General Santos City if the date is fixed and the availability day of the PEIL and National
officers.

It is therefore our hope that the National President may be kind enough to grant us this request for Inductions of
newly Eagles and Lady Eagles of each club.
