The Sun is located in the center of the Solar System. It is a nearly perfect sphere
hot ball of glowing gases. It is the most important source of energy for life on
Earth. The sun is a star just like millions of other stars you see at night in the sky.
Sun is very hot and bright. It is hot, because it is made up of burning gases.
These burning gases make it so hot. It brings light and heat to the Earth.
