Mr. Patrick Neo is the Managing Director and Main Shareholder of PN Consultant
Pte Ltd. He was based in Houston, Texas while working for a Major Oil & Gas
Exploration company. He would soon relocate to the UK to join an equipment
management company specializing in Iso tank containers, ship tankers and oil/
chemical tank storage farms. Patrick would then return to Singapore to
spearhead the Oil & Gas sector specializing in Petroleum Products, Petroleum
Gases ( LPG & LNG ), and other high purity gases. In 2015, Patrick would go on
to start his own company specializing in the trade of oil/gas in the chemical
sector, based around his 36 years of knowledge and experience gained while
working in the offshore industry. His primary objective is to provide honesty and
transparency, while meeting international regulations and compliancy regarding
