the topic The Teaching profession.

Question: What are the different roles and expectations that every teacher needs
to fulfil as 21st century educator?

Teachers have different roles inside and outside the room.

Teachers acts a a modern heroes, knowledge providers and community
organizers. As a modern heroes, teachers build the students into
professionals l. As a knowledge providers, teachers share their wisdom
not only from the books but also from their lives. As a community
organizers, teachers play an important role in the society in times of
election, calamity and health programs.
A 21st century educator expects to use the technology, one of the
major field in this era as well as the research and development aspect.
Teachers need to expand their teaching toolbox, try fresh methods, and
design newer tasks to teach the existing content. Also they should
encourage the students to conduct their research, formulate their
questions, contact experts, and create final projects using the devices
already in their hands.
