Dear Sir:

Greetings!

In relation to our first letter proposal dated November 24, 2014, please be informed of our intent
to negotiate from the original proposed amount (P30.00, per sq.m.) to a price acceptable to all
parties, if only to show our goodwill.

It is our fervent hope however that the MMDC could grant us the favor to have a General
Contract Operatorship in the Excavation, Hauling and Delivery of minerals as the case may be.
In this regard, we will be prepared therefore to assume the said obligation as the company may
desire us to perform.
