IMP: RIGHT TESTICULAR TORSION.

E/o thickening of right spermatic cord with small hypoechoic lesion noted.(2 nd )
RIGHT FUNICULITIS WITH SMALL HYPOECHOIC LESION.

E/o Multiple dilated venous plexus in the region of upper pole of left testis largest of size( mm).
IMP: F/S/o LEFT SIDED VARICOCELE OF GRADE-III.

Both testis normal in size (mm)

Left testis altered echotexture with increased vascularity.
IMP: ? LEFT ORCHITIS.

Right testis normal in size (mm). Normal echotexture.

Left testis : Not seen (? Orchidectomy done).

Right epididymis appears bulky

IMP: BULKY RIGHT EPIDIDYMIS

Mild dcollection seen in right scrotal sac.

IMP: MILD COLLECTION SEEN IN RIGHT SCROTAL SAC

E/o Mild herniation of bowel loops noted involving bilateral inguinal region
IMP: BILATERAL MILD INGUINAL HERNIA.

E/o Left inguino-scrotal hernia with herniation of bowel loops involving left inguinal region.
IMP: LEFT INGUINO-SCROTAL HERNIA WITH HERNIATION OF BOWEL LOOPS.

Both testis absent in the scrotal sacs.

Small hypoechoic area with minimal vascularity measuring (mm) seen in the left inguinal region –
S/o ? rudinentary testis
IMP: ? RUDIMENTARY LEFT TESTIS

Bilateral scrotal sac fluid collection with septations seen with internal echoes on right side? Right
pyocele.
IMP: BILATERAL SCROTAL SAC COLLECTION WITH SEPTATIONS SEEN WITH ? RIGHT PYOCELE.

E/o both epididymis are mild dilated tubules.

IMP: BILATERAL MILD DILATED EPIDIDYMAL TUBULES

E/o mild free free fluid noted in tunica vaginalis on left side.
IMP: LEFT MILD VAGINAL HYDROCELE.
E/o Few mildly dilated venous channels show no reflex on valsalva manoevure noted on left side.
IMP:FEW MILDLY DILATED VENOUS CHANNELS SHOW NO REFLEX ON VALSALVA MANOEVURE NOTED
ON LEFT SIDE.

E/o Cystic collection involving right inguinal region measuring (mm) with no e/o herniation of bowel
loops.
IMP: CYSTIC COLLECTION INVOLVING RIGHT INGUINAL REGION.

E/o hypoechogenecity, contour deformity and mild decreased vascularity noted involving right testis.
IMP: F/S/o ? RIGHT TESTICULAR TORSION WITH SPONTANEOUS PARTIAL DETORSION.
ADVISED: MRI SCROTUM FOR FURTHER EVALUATION

E/o focal hypoechogenicity with mild increased vascularity noted involving left testis.
IMP: ? LEFT MILD ACUTE FACAL ORCHITIS.

E/o very minimal fluid noted in tunica vaginalis

IMP: BILATERAL VERY MINIMAL CONGENITASL HYDROCELE.
