Instructions
Online AI-Proctored Supplementary Examination, May 2020
It is informed to all concerned that the supplementary Online Examinations of May 2020 will
be conducted through a secured AI-Proctored platform along with Manual Proctoring
(Invigilation). Students shall require the following for appearing in the forthcoming
examinations:
1. A Desktop/Laptop with minimum RAM of 2GB and having integrated/external web
camera and microphone.
2. An internet connection with sufficient speed.
3. Web camera and microphone should be enabled by default settings.
4. Keep a valid ID(University I-card, Adhaar card, DL) ready with you.
5. Sit in a close room having enough light and face must be on the illumination side.
6. Keep the battery of laptop fully charged/power backup prior to the start of examination.
7. Sit near the WiFi router /modem to avoid any signal issues.
8. Keep blank A4 sheets/register pages, pen for the purpose of answering subjective
questions and rough work. Right your roll no and name on top center of all the sheets.
9. Keep a water bottle with you.
10. In case any student gets genuine disconnection from server due to power or internet
failure; the examination will be terminated. Such students will appear in offline
examination whenever conducted by the University.
11. Students who are not in position to appear in online supplementary examination due to
unavailability of internet/desktop/laptop should inform to their HODs with proper
justification at least one day prior to conduct of examination. There examinations will be
conducted in offline mode whenever conducted by the University.
Activities not permitted:
a) Mobile phones, Headphone and Tablets are not allowed.
b) To leave his/her seat and move beyond the range of camera during the entire duration of
online examination.
c) Presence of any other person in the room where student is sitting for examination.
d) Use of mobile phones.
e) Availability of any printed or pre-written material in his/her surroundings.
f) Navigate to other tabs of the browser or any other application/file in his desktop/laptop.
Note:
Necessary other instructions regarding the AI-Proctored based examinations will be intimated
shortly along with the date sheet.
