• Help a leading European Bank make a seamless transition to new IT tools used by 14,000 users;
responsibilities include risk mitigation, change management, and reporting to leadership teams.

• Developed a 5-year strategy plan for a global provider of payment processing solutions by modelling
market size and growth, as well as reviewing the client’s positioning and differentiating factors.

• Teamed up with the leadership teams of a major Italian bank to design and implement a customer loyalty
program, resulting in an +14% increase in customer retention and an +10% increase in volumes.

• Developed a detailed readiness plan to make a leading online travel agency compliant with new European
regulations (PSD2) by analyzing organizational, technology, and process gaps

• Formulated an expansion strategy allowing a leading UK bank to enter a growing market segment (total
global size: $3Bn) by estimating market potential and analyzing customer needs.

• Optimized the operating model of the joint venture between 2 healthcare providers by redesigning over
3O operations processes. Responsible for day to day PMO activities.

• Teamed up with Partners to support BE’s business development by writing RFPs, resulting in 2 RFPs worth
