Ideal for many industrial IDLH applications. Available in both low- (2216
psi) and high-pressure (4500 psi) versions. Designed to maintain a slight
positive pressure inside the facepiece during inhalation and exhalation
to prevent contaminants from seeping in and around the facepiece.
Built from 6 major components: facepiece, carrier and harness assem-
bly, cylinder, first-stage regulator, mask-mounted regulator and End-of-
Service-Time Indicator (EOSTI).
Available with choice of 2 medium-sized facepieces: Ultra Elite® full face-
piece (see page 34) or the Advantage® 4000 full facepiece (see page 31).

Includes MSA’s durable AirFrame™ Carrier and Harness assembly that
has large side handles and a central attachment point to pull workers
to safety in rescue situations. Harness components come standard in
nylon with friction buckles on shoulder straps. Harness components are

Assembly uses the PR-14 first-stage regulator that has Teflon®-coated
anodized valve bodies to minimize internal component friction. Sec-
ond-stage FireHawk® Regulator features a Push-to-Connect (PTC) regu-

when disconnecting the second-stage regulator from the facepiece.
