The Land Transportation Traffic Management Office (LTTMO), is hereby tasked to implement this Ordinance in close coordination with the Butuan City Police Office-Traffic Section, and must see to it that all the ne enforcement officers are in place immediately prior to and during the said activity, for the safety, guidance and convenience of the general public, ary traffic signs and traffic SECTION 3.
