SP ORDINANCE 4185-2013 AN ORDINANCE TEMPORARILY CLOSING FROM ALL TYPES OF VEHICLE THE ROAD AT BARANGAY HOLY REDEEMER, THIS CITY, PARTICULARLY THE ROAD IN FRONT OF THE HOLY REDEEMER PARISH CHURCH FOR ITS CONCRETING TO START ON APRIL 11, 2013 UNTIL ITS COMPLETION, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES Be it ordained by the Honorable Sangguniang Panlungsod of Butuan City in session assembled and by authority of the same that:Page two SP Ord. No. 4185-2013, cont'd. SECTION 1. The road at Barangay Holy Redeemer, this city, particularly the road in front of the Holy Redeemer Parish Church is hereby temporarily closed from all types of vehicle, for its concreting starting April 11, 2013 until its completion. SECTION 2. The LTTMO is hereby directed to draw alternative routes of vehicular traffic flow, in close coordination with the concerned Punong Barangay, City Engineer's Office and the Project Contractor, and shall see to it that all the necessary traffic and warning signs, barricades, and lighting devices especially during the night, are in place during the implementation of the project for the convenience and safety of the public. SECTION 3. The Project Contractor shall be fully liable for any accident or damage that may oceur for failure to provide or install the necessary warning signs and safety devices specified in Section 2 hereof, without prejudice to the penalties prescribed by any existing special law on the matter. SECTION 4. Any vehicle driver who violates this ordinance shall be fined with One ‘Thousand Five Hundred (P1,500.00) Pesos, aside from shouldering the cost of damages, if there are any, which the city may imposed.
