ETO
RESTRICTIVE MEASURES IN RESPONSE TO THE
AGGRESSIVE K BEHAVIOR

In the light of the role played by certain individuals and entities

in the activities enabling K to the launch set of illegal activities
against ETO member states ETO council decided to update the list of
individuals and entities subject to restrictive measures in respect
of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity,
sovereignty and independence of ETO member stated.

This document was submitted by A and is supported by R, S, and T. However, several

member states expressed their concerns that additional measures may hurt their economy.
Therefore, until consensus is reached this document will not come into full power.

New individuals and entities added to sanctions list

25 individuals and 40 entities have now been added, expanding the
list to a total of 157 individuals and 68 entities.
Other ETO measures in place in response to the illegal and coercive
activities run by K include economic sanctions targeting specific sectors
of the K’s economy and restrictions on economic relations with
businesses and companies to partner nations to ETO.

This decision is to impose different types of restrictive measures:

• diplomatic measures
• individual restrictive measures (asset freeze and travel restrictions)
• restrictions on economic relations with ETO’s Partner counries
• economic sanctions
• restrictions on economic cooperation
