Dear Mr. Vinas:
(S1)We are impressed by the Resume you have submitted to our company. We
have found that you have the necessary skills that we need for a CEO.
(S2.1)In the findings of our legal team, we have found as well that there is a
possible conflict of interest with the current position you are holding with our
competitor company. We have also found out that many of the clients you are
serving are also clients of our firm. Because of this, we are considering a lot of
possible issues that may arise in the future. (S2.2) Although, we have found out
these concerns and that we shall not be accepting your application, we are still
very thankful for your interest in considering AFM Incorporated as the
company of your choice for work. (S2.3) On this note, we are still very much
willing to collaborate with you in the future for projects that won’t have any
legal issues or conflict of interest.
(S3)Again, thank you for your interest. We wish you all the success in all your
future projects and endeavors.
Our company and people have shown a lot of resilience amidst
these trying times. However, the current pandemic has brought our
company in a very trying financial situation.
Again, thank you for your service to the company. We wish you all
the best in your future endeavor.
You know how our parents always tell us that we should focus
on our studies first?
