Dear Ma’am/Sir,

Good day.

I would like to request your good office to please pay attention to my concern pertains to the
neighbor’s piggery project located at Brgy. Macapagal, San Isidro, Surigao del Norte. With
this, I have to file a complaint to eradicate the said project because of unpleasant smell that
we always bear.

I keep on complaining about this matter since last year yet no one responded. For the second
time I’m still hoping that there must be an action to this matter and with the help of your
good office, we can find justice for all.
