 ABOUT SHAKIRA

-Her name is Shakira Isabel Mabarok Ripoll. She is a very famous singer. Also, she is a good
dancer and businesswoman. She is the only child of William Mebarak Chadid and Nidid Ripoll
Torrado. Her birthday I February 2 nd (1977), her nickname is Shaki and her height is 1.57
meters. She is from Barranquilla, Colombia but currently lives in Barcelona city. She is 43 years
old. In addition, she speaks several languages, such as Spanish, English, French, Portuguese,
Italian, among others. Shakira composes her own songs. Because of her musical career she
knows many countries and different cultures, she is very loved by the people who sing and
dance her songs.

By the way, she Started relationships with the Spanish soccer player Gerard Pique with whom
has two children, their names are Sasha and Milan. They are studying many languages just like
her.

She likes to do many activities with her children like playing basketball, riding a bicycle, etc.,
but her favorite sport is not soccer, it is tennis. Also, she practices martial arts a lot. Her
favorite food are sea food and Arabic food, in addition to having a balanced diet, she also likes
chocolate. She does not like to drink alcohol, coffee and do not like smoking. Besides, she does
not like to wear jewelry or have tattoos on her body.

Her favorite flowers are daisy’s and sunflowers and her favorite colors are black and white.

On the other hand, her favorite actor is Hugh Grant and his favorite book Khali´s, El profeta.

Shakira gets up at half past six in the morning from Monday to Friday and she takes a shower.
she eats breakfast. Afterwards, she goes to the gym at half past seven, because she starts
training at eight o'clock. After that returns to her home at ten in the morning.

She has lunch at twelve o'clock. After, she orders her favorite objects (are teddies). In the
afternoon practice some of her songs. Sometimes at five in the afternoon, she goes to her
friend’s house with her children. They drink orange juice and play tennis, but they end up tired.
At half past eight at night they return home. She usually dinner fruit and then goes to bed, but
before sleep she reads a novel.

Always on the weekends, she and her partner go for a walk with their children, in the
afternoon she has lunch with her family outside the house and sometimes go out dancing at
night.
