1. The Camarines Sur III Electric Cooperative, Inc. (CASURECO III) through its BIDS & AWARDS COMMITTEE
(BAC) invites suppliers to apply for eligibility to bid for the Supply and Delivery of Kilowatt-Hour Meters
(LOT I) and Distribution Transformer (LOT II) for the year 2020 thru Consignment basis as per Approved
Cash Operating Budget (VAT inclusive).

2. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Instruction
to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary
“pass/fail criterion as specified on the NEA’s Procurement Guidelines and Simplified Bidding
Procedures for Electric Cooperatives (IRR of RA 10531).
4. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat, Mariejoy Pili/Angeleen A.
Albao and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hour, Monday
to Friday before the opening of Bids.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address
below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the following Bidding Documents: LOT I - Php
25,000.00 and LOT II - Php 25,000.00.
6. CASURECO III will hold the Pre-Bid Conference and the Opening of Bid (date and time stated above)
thru Online Platform which will be open to all interested parties who qualify and who have purchased
bidding documents.
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before (date and time stated above). All Bids
must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated
in the BIDDING DOCUMENTS FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF KILOWATT-HOUR METERS (LOT I) AND
DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER (LOT II) FOR THE YEAR 2020 THRU CONSIGNMENT BASIS.
8. The Cooperative shall not be obliged to give any clarifications requested by a prospective bidder
who failed to attend the Pre-Bid Conference.
9. The Camarines Sur III Electric Cooperative (CASURECO III) reserves the right to accept or reject any
bid to annul the bidding process and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award without
thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
