A. DESCRIPTION (CPMK)
After studying this subject, the students should be able to describe some concepts and apply
the accounting for stockholder’s equity, dilutive securities, compute Earnings per Share (EPS),
apply the accounting for investments and prepare the Statements of Cash Flows-Direct
Method. The students should be able to describe the concepts of revenue recognition, apply
the five steps revenue recognition process, apply the accounting for income taxes, accounting
for leases- lessee and lessor, and accounting changes and analysis error.
