Answers:

1. What reality is shown in the story of "Si Mabuti"?

Mabuti is a kind of people who wants to help others in no change. She is a teacher that full of
mystery in her actions and by the way she talks. She called "Mabuti" by her students because of daily
teaching she used to say those words. A happy typical teacher used to smile everyday there is mystery
behind it. In side of the story she had a six years old daughter whom she want to be a doctor someday.
Just like her lost father.

2. If you were Mabuti, how will you handle people's negative commenta on you?

If i were be a Mabuti i will give them smile. Ill ignored them. Instead of minding them ill make all the
negative comments a motivation. This will make sense to pursue what i am fighting for what i wanted to
do. It is useless to hear those comments that brings you fall and heart break. I dont mind them, i have
may friends who cheer me up anyway.

3. What is the teacher's secret about her past?

Teacher Mabuti is known as mystery for every smile that she used to face every people who she
encounter. But in thosesmule there is a pain behind it and can see through her eyes. Based on the story
they didnt explain her past but i thought she had a husband who seems a doctor but there is a twist
that make them both separate and or had divorced. Amd then they had a daughter who like a red
headband amd thought that would be a gift for her brthday. However mabuti likes her daughter to be a
doctor someday. Just like her lost father.
4. Is the case of mabuti present in schools today?

There it is we know that every people had a problem in this world. So then it would be also a teacher.
Just like teacher mabuti in her story they will do everything to theier students not to bring up their
problems over his or her profession. As teacher Mabuti in her story. Their students didnt know that they
hiding a problems in her smile that she used to display everyday.

5. Does the author elevate / not womens role in society through mabuti?

As what the story brings out the interest of the readers. The story also explain the life in our society not
just women but also other people who live in this era. There will also the experiencethat the readers will
relate in the story. So do i. However i didnt see some elevate done of the author and also i can see the
womens role in the society through teacher Mabuti.
