Dear Priyanka,

Re: ACCEPTANCE OF RESIGNATION

Thank you for your email received on 05 March 2020 in which you tender your resignation. I now write
to formally accept your resignation, your last day of employment with the GSMA being 17 April 2020.

You will be paid up to and including 17 April 2020. Please note that after your last day you will be
unable to access any of your online payslips.

As the holiday year runs from January to December, your annual leave entitlement will be pro-rated
to 6 days, plus 4 days carried over from 2019. According to our records, you have taken 2 days,
therefore 8 days will be paid with your final salary.

You will be required to return any and all Company property to your line manager or a nominated
representative of the GSMA on or before your last day of employment. This includes but is not limited
to all documents, company IT equipment, security passes and company-sponsored credit cards.

You are reminded that in line with your contract, you may not disclose any information concerning the
business, products, affairs and finances of the GSMA, its individual members or related companies,
trade secrets, confidential dealings or information concerning the GSMA. Any documents which you
have belonging to GSMA (whether or not recorded in documentary form, or stored on any magnetic
or optical disk or memory) should be returned to the GSMA before you leave or as soon as practicable.

I wish you well with your future endeavours and, on behalf of the GSMA, I would like to thank you for
your work and commitment during your time with us. Should you have any queries regarding this
correspondence please do not hesitate to contact me.

Yours Sincerely
