Topic: Subject Orientation
Activity: An orientation meeting was held by the teacher for the Final
Grading Period. The students were asked about its concerns about the
subject. The final requirement about documentation and grading for the
case digest were also discussed, with the goal of assisting students in
regaining their marks. The meeting was then adjourned by the teacher.

Topic: Article 1370 to 1396 (Audio Lecture)
Activity: The teacher added a Google Drive link to Schoology that contains audio
lectures on the subjects that would be covered during the finals. Students can listen
to the audio lectures whenever they wish for them to study. These audio lectures
talks about the Articles 1370 to 1396. The teacher talks about the Interpretation of
Contracts (1370-1379), Rescissible Contracts (1380-1389), and Voidable Contracts-
Ratification (1390-1396). The instructor carefully discussed the concepts, general
rules, requisites and sample cases for each articles.

Topic: Article 1397 to 1408 (Audio Lecture)
Activity: The teacher uploaded a video lecture in the Schoology which discussed
the Article 1397 to 1408. The teacher talks about the Annulment of Contracts
(1397-1402) which in general rule states that The action for the annulment of
contracts may be instituted by all who are thereby obliged principally or subsidiarily.
The teacher also talks about the Unenforceable Contracts (1403-1408) explaining
its concepts, general rules and applying those articles in some cases.

Topic: Article 1231 to 1240 (Virtual Recitation)
Activity: The teacher conducted a virtual recitation and set a guideline questionnaire for
the students. The class was divided into 3 students, every recitation the assigned
students to recite were the only ones who were allowed to join the Google meet. The
students were required to be blindfolded during the recitation to keep from peeking to
the notes. The assigned articles were the Article 1231 to 1240 which is the
Extinguishment of Obligations. There would be a follow-up question after each time the
student answered the question.

Activity: The second Midterm Quiz was
given to the students by the teacher with
coverage of Article 1251 to 1290 about
Annulment of Contracts (1397-1402) and
Unenforceable Contracts (1403-1408). The
teacher used a Google form to administer
the quiz, with a link provided in the
Schoology. The students were given 30
minutes to complete the quiz with an overall
score of 26.

Topic: FINAL EXAMINATION
Activity: The Final Examination was given to
the students by the teacher with coverage of
cover to cover of the book by Atty. Domingo,
CPA, MBA and from the video lectures,
audio lectures, and notes that the teacher
provided. The exam was entirely based on
prelim to final topics. The teacher used a
Google form to administer the examination,
with the link provided from Group chat given
by the class beadle. The student was given
an hour to finish the exam with an overall
score of 50. The teacher directs the student
to record the test on video and upload it to
the proper folder in the class Google drive
account.
