Abstract

In this present research, series of laboratory model tests were

carried out using unreinforced Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) and
reinforced RAP + WMM (50:50) placed on soft marine clay bed
to study its load settlement characteristics. Polymer geogrid,
Polymer geocells, Bamboo geogrid and Bamboo geocells were
used as reinforcements in mixture of RAP + WMM (50:50).
