    TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GOODS PURCHASED


    1. Specially discounted items cannot be returned
    2. Custom items such as Design Furniture ordered specifically for the client cannot be returned
    3. Delivery to Client's site is to the ground floor only. Il Bagno staff are not allowed to take goods beyond the ground floor
    4. Products are sold as described on the invoice and should not be construed to include any other item or installation material
    5. Items not in stock will require four (4) weeks for airfreight and 14 weeks for seafreight (after
    6. Order of design items will only be processed upon receipt of 80% of invoice value
    7. Client must approve and sign off on all drawings and quotation before procurement
    8. The delivery period indicated above only commences after the order has been successfully
    confirmed as evidenced by sign off on drawings or final invoices provided (where applicable)

    DELIVERY IS BETWEEN 12 -14 WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF PAYMENT. AVAILABLE ITEMS WILL BE RESERVED FOR CLIENTS
    UPON RECEIPT OF 80% ADVANCE PAYMENT.
