As we know, our product pUfally have different types of product line in the cold cream segment

we have two separate offerings that is:-

 Normal product
 Customizable product

In standard products, we have pUfally Almond, pUfally Rose, pUfally coffee, pUfally Allovera.
These are the standard product line in our offerings.

And in Customizable product line we have all the standard products with some more adding on
customer demand, for example- pUfally almond with coffee flavor which will do only after if a
customer demands it.

The product's quality will be in the middle, not so high or so low, and the range for our work will
be Wide and narrow. We will reach out to the customer needs in a wide range and give the
customized product line.

And in the narrow range, we will offer a standard product line to niche plus segmentation
economies of scale, which will bring down the cost, and people will tend to buy standard product
lines because they want the best price.

Our strategy is to build our product base so rigid that in the coming days, we will introduce some
more products like body lotion and winter care products after the success of our standard and
customized product line create a significant market share. We focus on acquiring the big market
share where the competition is so high, but we will use BLUE OCEAN STRATEGY to step in
the market. And we are going to be a fully organic-based company because we are pUfally.
