1. Attested copy of computerized form 'B' / Birth Certificate.

2. Four photographs (back attested)
3. Bank Challan (College Copy) of Rs:1200/- (For those Candidates who will
submit the downloaded application form)
4. Please do not attached any document other than the mentioned above.

5. Application Form received without above mentioned documents will not be considered as valid for
admission. Such application form will stand rejected and Roll No. Slip for appearing in the written test will
not be issued.

6. Candidate is advised to retain a photocopy of this application form with him for his future reference.
(Give below your complete address in Block letters on all the three slips for despatch of call up
letters. The address MUST be the same as given in column 11 of the Application Form. Please
ensure that the address is correct and complete. Address should preferably be typed. The
College will not be responsible for non-delivery of call letter(s) because of illegible
writing.

 Instructions for Filling-in of the Application Form

1. Application form must be filled-in by the candidate himself.

2. No documents except attested copy of ‘Form B’ / Birth Certificate and four recent coloured
photographs are to be attached with the Application form. However, a copy of Bank Challan
(HBL) has to be attached with the application form downloaded from the College website
www.topians.edu.pk
3. Attach 4 latest 1½ x 1½” size photographs of the candidate taken in the last one month.
Photographs are to be attested at the back by the School / College Headmaster / Principal where
the boy is studying.
4. Application form is to be submitted in original. The candidate must retain a photocopy of
the same for his future reference.
5. Application form must be sent under “Registered Cover” or by a Courier Service addressed to the
Induction Cell PAF College, Lower Topa Murree Hills. “Application Form for Admission 2022”
must be written on the top center of the envelope.
6. Last date for receipt of application form is 29 September, 2021.
7. Application Forms received late will not be entertained.
8. Incomplete application forms in any respect/overage/underage cases will stand rejected
and no intimation to this effect will be sent to the applicant(s).
