Instructions for Google Drive & Classroom
1. Click on the link at the bottom on the page. This link will open the window below, allowing you to
make a copy of the resource and add it to your Google Drive.

2. Click “Make A Copy”. Once you have made a copy you can edit, rearrange, or delete slides.
Please note that the majority of the content on the slides are flattened which means you cannot
change them. You can only change things such as text boxes or other items for student use. You
can also add your own components to any slide for your students.
3. When assigning on Google Classroom, be sure to select “Make a Copy for Each Student”. This
ensures each student can work individually and not alter your original copy.

PLEASE NOTE: Google Slides does not “self check” or grade assignments for
you, like Google Forms. Once your students finish, they will need to click
“Submit” in Google Classroom to turn it in for you to grade. Once they submit,
it will be ”Read-Only” for them until you return it back to them.
