What is happening in the picture?

There are people dancing, others are talking, some are sitting, and others are
standing, they are like queuing for something.

What are the woman and the man doing? (a) What are they wearing?
They are dancing, but they are also hugging, the man is wearing a gala dress but
from the old days and the woman is wearing a gala dress but in the same way from
the times of before.

What is the man with hat next to the tree doing? (b)
The man is leaning on the tree, he is like thinking about something or maybe he is
going to something or someone.

What are the girl and the woman doing? (c) What do you think they are talking about?
The woman can be seen that she is saying something to the girl and the girl is like
crying, I think they are talking about the girl wanting to play but that the mother does
not leave her because there are many people, and she can get lost and that is why
the girl cries.
 What are the two women and the man doing? (d) What do you think they are talking about?
They are talking about something that amuses them because the two women and
the man are laughing, I think they are talking about something funny or something
curious because it seems that they are having a good time.

What are the two men at the table doing? (e)

One is sitting writing or drawing and the other is smoking a pipe, and at the same
time you can see that they were drinking liquor.
