● This is my 19th year teaching, and my 17th
year teaching 4th grade!
● I went to the University of Virginia, and I
LOVE their football and basketball teams.
● My husband is also a teacher, and we have
three kids. Owen is 15, Aidan is 12, and
Ainsley is 8.
● I LOVE the Philadelphia Eagles, and have
been known to cancel homework when they
beat the Cowboys.
● My favorite place in the world is Duck,
North Carolina

● I went to Lebanon Valley College for
college and received my Master’s
Degree at West Chester University.
● I played DIII softball in college.
● I am a big Philadelphia sports fan, my
favorite being the Philadelphia Phillies.
● My favorite place to be is at the North
Wildwood beach soaking up the sun and
reading a good book.
● I love going shopping, cooking, traveling,

learned in third grade, but we dive a little deeper!
● We do three big writing pieces: narrative, informational,
and opinion writing.
● A big topic of fourth grade is Text Dependent Analysis .
We will talk all about that next year!
