 COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The name of our company is SHIRL paints we process and commercialize Water dilutable
acrylic paint, semi-matte finish, and excellent coverage, high resistance to weathering and easy
application. It is recommended for environments exteriors in protection of facades, houses,
buildings and patios. Provides durability and resistance to the attack of fungi and algae, it has
good wash ability, adhesion, resistance to alkalinity and color retention, which has all the safety
and quality requirements for the storage of our product. Then we carry out the distribution to our
clients.
 GEOREFERENCE

Our company is located in Barranquilla, department of Atlántico, the red circle locates us in the
exact place where the paint producing company is located.

REASONS FOR ITS GEOREFERENCE:

We decided to locate in Barranquilla for two basic reasons:

a) It is a city with easy access to highways and when the company started we evaluated a single
possibility of transporting paint by land.
b) It is a city with a lot of demand in painting.
 COSTUMERS AND PROVIDERS DESCRIPTION

As producers and marketers of acrylic paint, we have our own customers and suppliers.
One of our clients is the Samir hardware stores, which have stores in various cities of the
country. We supply paint to a large part of these stores located in the city of Barranquilla.
As suppliers we have different companies that are located in Bogota, Medellin and Cali.

 ADVANTAGES

Our clients and suppliers have several advantages. Next, we explain two of each of them.

 CUSTOMERS:

2. High weekly purchases by our customers.

 PROVIDERS:

1. They deliver punctual supplies.

2. They deliver better quality inputs.
 CONCLUSION

According to the previous work we can conclude that it is very important to know how to choose
our suppliers, the satisfaction of our customers depends on it and in the same way to show an
excellent product so that those customers provide us with high purchases that allow us to
continue with production.
